Envision: Setting Your Spring Sanctuary (Part 2 of the Spring Series at Amery Ale Works)

Join me in the cozy third floor loft at Amery Ale Works for a peaceful morning practice designed to help you pause, reflect, and begin envisioning the season ahead.

Our practice begins with flowing movement infused with gentle pauses creating space to reflect on what we want more of this spring and begin envisioning the season ahead. The practice will close with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra (guided meditation), allowing the body to rest while the mind settles into clarity and intention.

After practice, enjoy a refreshing Ale Works Springtime Cucumber Ginger Juice (You may substitute) and take home a small **Namaste garden chime—a simple reminder of the sanctuary you are creating both within and around you this season.

Please bring:
• Yoga mat & blocks if you have them (I have some to loan)
• Water bottle
• A bolster (optional)
• 1–2 blankets (Mexican or lap blankets work well, beach towels are great too)

Speed puzzling is back this is our last one of until the fall!

Most of us love to leisurely build puzzles, but have you ever thought about turning up the heat and competing in a fast paced, team build puzzle competition? Yes or No, it’s time to call up your puzzle buddies and make your team of 2-4 so you can enter the puzzle building competition being held at Amery Ale Works on January 10th! During this competition we’ll see who can build a 500 piece puzzle the fastest.

Once the contest is over and the winners have claimed their prizes, feel free to stick around for some social puzzling, drinks & eats!

The Details: 

Each team will get the same 500 piece puzzle. No one will see the puzzle in advance, it will be a surprise to all at the start of the competition. Once the timer starts teams may open up their puzzle and begin. The competition will be monitored by an AAW staff who will also record finishing times and announce the winner at the end. Each team gets to take home their puzzle at the end of the competition. Food & drink will be served during the competition.

Rules

• You are encouraged to eat & drink- it makes puzzle building easier ;)

• You may use the box to sort puzzle pieces

• No distracting the other teams allowed!

• A 15 minute break will be given halfway through the competition to stretch and refuel.

• 2 hours max to puzzle

Let go of winter. Clear space. Reset your energy.

This special Spring Equinox class is a gentle, grounding practice designed to help you reset after winter and reconnect with what’s ready to grow. Through slow flow yoga, mindful movement, and guided meditation, you’ll be invited to create space—physically and mentally—for a new season of possibility.

Midway through class, you’ll be guided through a reflective meditation to release the weight of winter and gently turn your attention toward the light of a new season.

Each participant will receive a seed packet to keep as a symbol of their intention, or to exchange during the community seed swap following class.

After practice, you’re invited to stay, sip on a springtime beverage (complimentary drink ticket included), and connect with others during the seed and plant exchange at Amery Ale Works.

🌷 This is your internal clearing—making space for what comes next. All levels of yoga experience welcome, including absolute beginners.

If you miss a word, you may get a second chance (depending on how many people/teams enter)— If you don't get a second chance plan on cheering, laughing, and enjoying drinks!

The last person standing wins the title of Spelling Bee Champion and bragging rights (and a prize for top spellers)
