I am excited to present a Special Collaborative Event with my friend and Reiki Master, Jamie Wilson. Along with the Ale Works staff, we warmly invite you to join us at the bar(n) for a peaceful and powerful transition into summer with this 75 min OUTDOOR gentle and yin yoga practice paired with Reiki energy healing.

You'll be guided through a slow, intentional sequence designed to open the body, calm the mind, and ground your energy. While you move and rest, Jamie will provide Reiki healing to enhance relaxation, release blockages, and support your energetic alignment for the season ahead.

This all-levels practice is perfect for anyone seeking renewal, balance, and a deeper connection to self as we welcome the light of summer.

After class, stay to enjoy a beverage of choice and soak in the tranquil setting of Amery Ale Works.

What to bring: Yoga mat, towel to protect your mat, water, layers for comfort / small lap blanket, blocks if you have them. (I have extra mats & blocks)..

*In the event of inclement weather, practice will be moved inside to the Ale Works Loft - a private, warm cozy space, perfect when the weather is not ideal.

Fee includes: Guided Yoga infused with Reiki healing (option for hands on / hands off) and a beverage of choice from Amery Ale Works.
